PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including IP address, geographical location, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, length of visit, page views and website navigation paths, as well as information about the timing, frequency and pattern of your service use, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. The legal basis for such processing activities is our legitimate interests, namely the protection and assertion of our legal rights, your legal rights and the legal rights of others.
Risk Management. We may use any of your Personal Information where necessary for the purposes of obtaining or maintaining insurance coverage, managing risks, or obtaining professional advice. The legal basis for such processing activities is our legitimate interests, namely the proper protection of our business against risks.
Compliance with Legal Obligations. In addition to the specific purposes for which we may process your Personal Information, we may also use any of your Personal Information where such processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.
Please do not supply any other person’s personal data to us, unless we prompt you to do so.
We use Google AdWords and other third-party tracking cookies for remarketing advertising across the Internet. As a result, AdWords and other third-party services we use will display relevant ads tailored to you based on the parts of the Site you have viewed. Such advertising is accomplished through the placement of a “cookie” on your device or computer. THIS COOKIE DOES NOT IN ANYWAY IDENTIFY YOU OR GIVE ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER. Instead, the cookie allows us to tailor our marketing to better suit your needs and only display ads that are believed to be relevant to you.
In addition to using cookies and related technologies as described above, we also may permit certain third-party companies to help us tailor advertising that we think may be of interest to users and to collect and use other data about user activities on the Site and/or our services (e.g., to allow them to tailor ads on third-party services). These companies may deliver ads that might also place cookies and otherwise track user behavior.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.
